We provide community services to adults with mild to moderate mental health needs. We can come to you in your homes, at the marae, at community venues or you can come to us at 139 15th Avenue, Tauranga.
The model of practice is Ngā Hoe Arataki Whānau Ora where the whānau is at the centre of their own plan, identifying and setting their own goals around health and mental health, leadership, nurturing, cultural needs and learning, education and finances. The whole whānau is invited to be a part of the plan so everyone in the whānau can work toward better health and well-being.
This is a free service and our staff can help navigate you through barriers to your well-being.
Our hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday except statutory holidays. Our staff are qualified and trained, Registered Nurses, Registered Social Workers and Counsellors.
We work closely with staff from the Tauranga Hospital if and when we need to access secondary mental health services.
